Please read these Terms of Use carefully before making a booking.<\/p>\n

These Terms of Use (\"Terms\") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PINGBOX (\"PINGBOX\", \"we\", \"our\" or \"us\"), which enables the purchase of goods and\/or services online. By accessing or using the PINGBOX website at https:\/\/pingbox.rs\/ (hereinafter: the \"Site\", the \"Platform\" or the \"Store\"), users (hereinafter: the \"Customer\" or the \"Client\") accept these Terms in full and agree to comply with them.<\/p>\n

These Terms govern your access to and use of the automated self-service table tennis venues we operate (\"PINGBOX\") and of the automated booking system. PINGBOX reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Site. By continuing to use the services after an amendment, you accept the revised Terms.<\/p>\n

1. General provisions<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1.1. The Store is owned by Teodora Fize\u0161an PR Zarina, registered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, with its registered office at Tudor Vladimiresku 108, 26216, Uzdin, Serbia.

                      1.3. The Store reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon publication on the Store's website, and Customers will be notified of any significant changes via the website or by email.<\/p>\n

                      2. Conditions of use and eligibility<\/strong><\/h2>\n

                      <\/p>\n

                      Use of the PINGBOX venue is intended solely for your personal recreation and may not be used for unauthorised commercial purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable regulations of the City of Novi Sad and the Republic of Serbia while on the premises. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into legally binding agreements.<\/p>\n

                      <\/p>\n

                      \"Guests\" means all persons you invite or bring into the PINGBOX venue as part of your booking, whether or not they are registered users of the PINGBOX platform.<\/p>\n

                      <\/p>\n

                      3. Account registration, use of the store and access<\/strong><\/h2>\n

                      <\/p>\n

                      2.1. To book a session, you need to enter accurate details through our booking platform: full name, email address, mobile phone number and valid payment card details.<\/p>\n

                      <\/p>\n

                      2.2. Purchases are possible with or without registration on the website, depending on the options offered by the Store.<\/p>\n

                      <\/p>\n

                      2.3. When registering or making a purchase, the Customer is obliged to provide accurate, complete and up to date information. The Store is not liable for any damage caused by inaccurate information.<\/p>\n

                      <\/p>\n

                      2.4. The Customer is responsible for keeping their access credentials (username and password) confidential.<\/p>\n

                      <\/p>\n

                      2.5. Use of the Store is not permitted to minors without the consent of a parent or guardian.<\/p>\n

                      <\/p>\n

                      2.6. Cashless payment: All bookings must be paid online before arrival, through our authorised cashless payment system.<\/p>\n

                      <\/p>\n

                      2.7. Automated access: PINGBOX operates as a fully automated, self-service venue with no staff on site. Once your booking has been successfully confirmed, an electronic entry code will be sent to your registered email address on the day of the booked session.<\/p>\n

                      <\/p>\n

                      2.8. Account responsibility: Sharing your access code or account details with unregistered third parties is strictly prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activity, entries and conduct that take place during your booked session.<\/p>\n

                      <\/p>\n

                      4. Ordering process and sales contract<\/strong><\/h2>\n

                      <\/p>\n

                      4.1. The Customer selects products or services from the Store's offer, adds them to the cart and fills in the required order details (name, address, payment method, etc.).<\/p>\n

                      <\/p>\n

                      4.2. An order is considered confirmed once the Customer receives an order confirmation email from the Store. This confirmation constitutes the conclusion of a distance sales contract.<\/p>\n

                      <\/p>\n

                      4.3. The Store reserves the right to reject an order in the event of technical errors, products being out of stock, or suspected unauthorised use.<\/p>\n

                      <\/p>\n

                      4.4. Product prices are expressed in dinars (RSD) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are not included in the product price, unless expressly stated.<\/p>\n

                      <\/p>\n

                      4.5. All products and services offered in the Store have an accurate and detailed description, including basic characteristics, specifications and the price expressed in dinars (RSD) with VAT included, unless stated otherwise.<\/p>\n

                      <\/p>\n

                      4.6. Upon confirmation of the order, the Customer receives an order specification containing a list of the goods and\/or services ordered, the quantities ordered, the unit price, the total price and any additional costs (e.g. delivery).<\/p>\n

                      4.7. By confirming the order, the Customer declares that they have read and agree to these Terms of Use and to the purchase conditions.<\/p>\n

                      5. Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n

                      5.1. The Store supports the following payment methods:<\/p>\n

                              5.2. Payment is secure and is processed through protected payment systems in line with security standards (e.g. PCI DSS). Payment card details are not stored on the Store's servers; they are processed exclusively through certified payment processors.<\/p>\n

                              5.3. The Store issues a fiscal receipt for every purchase in accordance with the Law on Fiscalisation (\"Official Gazette of the RS\", no. 153\/2020).<\/p>\n

                              <\/p>\n

                              5.4. All payments in the Store, including payments by payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, etc.), are made exclusively in Serbian dinars (RSD). For payments made with a foreign payment card, the amount in RSD will be converted into the currency of the Customer's account at the exchange rate applied by the card issuing bank, which may result in additional conversion costs beyond the Store's control. The Customer is responsible for checking any applicable fees with their bank before making a payment.
                              All payments in the Store, including payments by credit\/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, etc.), are made exclusively in Serbian Dinars (RSD). For payments made with a foreign payment card, the amount in RSD will be converted to the currency of the cardholder’s account at the exchange rate applied by the cardholder’s issuing bank, which may result in additional conversion fees beyond the Store's control. The Customer is responsible for checking any applicable fees with their bank prior to making a payment.<\/em><\/p>\n

                              <\/p>\n

                              5.5. Once the payment process has been completed, the Customer receives confirmation of payment (successful or unsuccessful) in electronic form, sent to the email address provided when ordering.<\/p>\n

                              <\/p>\n

                              6. Personal data protection<\/strong><\/h2>\n

                              <\/p>\n

                              6.1. The Store collects and processes Customers' personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law.<\/p>\n

                              <\/p>\n

                              6.2. The data is used solely for the purpose of processing orders, delivery, communication with the Customer and improving our services, unless the Customer gives explicit consent for other purposes (e.g. marketing).<\/p>\n

                              <\/p>\n

                              6.3. Details on data processing are available in the Privacy Policy on the Store's website.<\/p>\n

                              <\/p>\n

                              6.4. All Customer data is kept strictly secure and is accessible only to employees who need it to perform their work. All Store employees and business partners are obliged to respect the principles of privacy protection. Customers can unsubscribe from the marketing mailing list via the link in the emails they receive, or by contacting the Store at info@pingbox.rs.<\/p>\n

                              6.5. Your personal data will be used to process your order, to improve your experience on this website and for other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n

                              7. Cancellation and rescheduling policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n

                              We understand that plans change. To keep the system fair for all players, the following rules apply:<\/p>\n

                                    • Cancellation up to 8 hours before the start time: You can cancel your session no later than 8 hours before the scheduled start, with a full refund. The refund is issued to the same payment method used for the booking, within 1 to 14 business days, depending on the card issuing bank.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                        • Rescheduling up to 8 hours before the start time: You can reschedule your session no later than 8 hours before the scheduled start.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                            • Cancellation or rescheduling within the last 8 hours: Cancellations, booking changes or no-shows less than 8 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, because that slot was reserved exclusively for you and made unavailable to other players.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                • System integrity: If a payment is declined or withdrawn by your bank without justified reason, PINGBOX reserves the right to immediately suspend or close your account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                  8. Pricing<\/strong><\/h2>\n

                                                  <\/p>\n

                                                  All fees for using the PINGBOX venue will be clearly displayed on the Site at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n

                                                  <\/p>\n

                                                  The standard price is 1,100 RSD for a 60 minute session. If you exceed your booked time, you will be charged <\/span>an additional fee for the exceeded time block.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                  <\/p>\n

                                                  9. PINGBOX house rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n

                                                  <\/p>\n

                                                  By entering the PINGBOX venue, you and your Guests agree to fully comply with the following rules. The space is reserved exclusively for you, and you are fully responsible for the conduct of your group.<\/p>\n

                                                  <\/p>\n

                                                  You and your Guests MUST NOT:<\/p>\n

                                                        • Use the space for improper or unlawful activities, including but not limited to: drug use, alcohol consumption, gambling, smoking or vaping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                                                        • Allow minors (under 18) to use the space unsupervised. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or an adult guardian over 18.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                                                                • Carry out paid commercial coaching or private lessons charged to third parties on the premises without the express written consent of PINGBOX management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                                                                  You and your Guests MUST:<\/p>\n

                                                                                                        • Treat the space, the common areas of the building and the neighbouring premises with respect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                                                                              <\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                                                                                • Wear clean, non-marking sports shoes and appropriate sportswear (shirt and shorts\/trousers) while on the premises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                                                                                        • Leave the space undamaged, clean and tidy. Make sure to take all rubbish and personal belongings with you exactly at the end of your booked session, so the next player can enter on time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                                                                                          10. Video surveillance and security<\/strong><\/h2>\n

                                                                                                                          <\/p>\n

                                                                                                                          For your safety and for the protection of our automated equipment and inventory, PINGBOX venues are under constant video surveillance through a multi-camera system operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By entering the premises, you and your Guests confirm that you are aware of the recording and consent to it.<\/p>\n

                                                                                                                          <\/p>\n

                                                                                                                          Recordings are treated as strictly confidential and are reviewed solely in the event of security incidents, rule violations, reported damage, or upon requests from the competent authorities within the limits of the law.<\/p>\n

                                                                                                                          <\/p>\n

                                                                                                                          11. Damage, violations and liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n

                                                                                                                          <\/p>\n

                                                                                                                          You are required to leave the PINGBOX venue in the same clean and undamaged condition in which you found it on arrival.<\/p>\n

                                                                                                                          <\/p>\n

                                                                                                                          You bear full responsibility for the cost of repairing or cleaning any damage caused by you or your Guests that goes beyond normal wear and tear of the equipment.<\/p>\n

                                                                                                                          <\/p>\n

                                                                                                                          PINGBOX reserves the right to assess the damage caused and to automatically charge the exact amount of professional repairs, industrial cleaning or property replacement to the payment card on file for your account.<\/p>\n

                                                                                                                          <\/p>\n

                                                                                                                          Personal property:<\/p>\n

                                                                                                                          <\/p>\n

                                                                                                                          PINGBOX is a self-service venue and accepts no liability for personal items, wallets, phones or clothing left behind or stolen on the premises. Please check the table and the space carefully before you leave.<\/p>\n

                                                                                                                          <\/p>\n

                                                                                                                          12. Limitation of liability and disclaimers<\/strong><\/h2>\n

                                                                                                                          <\/p>\n

                                                                                                                          PINGBOX provides access to its automated venues \"as is\" and \"as available\". To the maximum extent permitted by Serbian law, PINGBOX, its owners and its landlords disclaim all liability for direct or indirect injuries, physical accidents, falls or health complications arising during table tennis play on the premises. You voluntarily assume all physical risks associated with the sporting activity.<\/p>\n

                                                                                                                          PINGBOX is also not responsible for temporary technical outages beyond our direct control, including: internet interruptions that delay delivery of the access code, power outages on the grid, or errors in third party payment systems.<\/p>\n

                                                                                                                          13. Governing law and dispute resolution<\/strong><\/h2>\n

                                                                                                                          <\/p>\n

                                                                                                                          These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. All legal disputes, claims or disagreements arising from the use of the pingbox.rs website or of the physical venue are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Novi Sad, Serbia.<\/p>\n

                                                                                                                          14. Account termination<\/strong><\/h2>\n

                                                                                                                          <\/p>\n

                                                                                                                          PINGBOX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to permanently block your access, cancel upcoming sessions or delete your account without a refund, if you or your Guests violate any safety regulations, damage property, bypass access rules or breach the House Rules set out in this document.<\/p>\n
