FAQ
How do I book a session?
Choose the date and time that suits you, book online, and pay by card. You will receive a confirmation immediately after payment, and on the day of your session, your entry code will be sent to your email. There is no waiting, calling, or coordinating with staff—the entire process is handled independently through the platform.
How far in advance can I book a session?
You can book a session up to 3 days in advance and no later than 30 minutes before the start time. The system does not allow bookings closer than that to ensure everything (confirmation, entry code) arrives safely on time.
When and how will I receive the access code?
Your entry code will be sent to you automatically via email before your session, with no need to request it. The system sends reminder(s) with the code on time, regardless of whether you booked a day in advance or just a few minutes before the session—you will have the code in your inbox before arriving at the location.

Is the space private?
Yes, exclusively for you! When you book a session, the entire space is yours alone, with no sharing and no waiting in line. You pay for the time slot, not the number of people—you can bring as many guests as you like, it makes no difference to us.
Are there multiple tables?
No, PINGBOX is a "one location, one room, one table" concept.
Do I need any equipment?
No, we provide it, but you are welcome to bring your own.
What amenities are available in the PINGBOX space?
In addition to the table tennis table, a dartboard awaits you for extra fun during your session. There is also a TV where you can play your own music, as well as an air conditioner that you can turn on and adjust as you wish. The space features seating to rest between sets, as well as a restroom where you can change—everything you need to spend your session relaxed and unhurried.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Rescheduling up to 8 hours before the start time:You can reschedule your session no later than 8 hours before the scheduled start.
Rescheduling within the last 8 hours: Changes made less than 8 hours before the scheduled session cannot be accommodated—that time slot was reserved exclusively for you and made unavailable to other players.

Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation up to 8 hours before the scheduled session: You can cancel your booking up to 8 hours before the scheduled start time and receive a full refund. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the booking within 1 to 14 business days, depending on the card issuing bank.
Cancellation within 8 hours of the scheduled start time: Cancellations or no shows less than 8 hours before the scheduled session are non refundable and cannot be rescheduled. The time slot was reserved exclusively for you and made unavailable to other players.
